I work with the relationship dynamics that shape organisations, helping leaders address hidden tensions, strengthen collaboration and achieve sustainable business results.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
We work with organisations, leaders, teams and individual clients. Our work is always grounded in the client’s specific context — from focused intervention at a critical moment to long-term development.

RELATIONSHIPS AND PERFORMANCE
We are often invited in when:
This is where we help restore what effective collaboration depends on: clarity in decision-making, personal accountability and the courage to have difficult conversations when perspectives diverge.

OF EXPERIENCE
I focus on what shapes the everyday reality of an organisation: the conversations people have, the decisions they make and the quality of the relationships behind them.
I combine psychological insight with business pragmatism, turning even complex challenges into clear priorities and measurable action.
The result is change that becomes part of everyday practice — visible in decisions, conversations and the way people work together.

ABOUT ME
As a psychologist, strategic consultant and process facilitator, I work with those shaping today’s organisations. My perspective is grounded in experience on both sides: from within organisations, through many years in corporate leadership and HR roles, and from the outside, as an adviser and facilitator invited in at critical moments of change.
I support executive teams, individual leaders and wider teams when rising complexity and natural tensions call for new ways of thinking and working. I specialise in high-stakes situations with no single right answer — where competing interests, divergent perspectives and strong emotions coexist within the same system.
I help organisations restore what pressure and crisis can quickly erode: thoughtful dialogue, clarity of purpose and the capacity to act decisively.
The way we work shapes what becomes possible
How we frame a challenge shapes the solutions we can see. Tools and processes are only the starting point. Their value lies in the perspective, judgement and attention we bring to them.
Sometimes the tools are already in place. What is missing is the perspective to bring hidden tensions into view, identify the real barriers and make sound decisions about what comes next.
Let’s begin with the reality of your situation. During an initial conversation, we will map the key perspectives, identify the sources of tension and define a clear way forward.
